We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your tea products. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. For a refund, teas must be returned unopened in their original packaging with an international tracking number. Opened tea products or items with damaged/incomplete packaging will not qualify for a refund due to food safety regulations.
Once we receive your return, refunds will be processed within 30 days. While we typically issue refunds to the original method of payment, we may request to process the refund through an alternative method.
Shipping Issues and Refunds:
- Refunds can only be considered if the shipping carrier confirms the parcel is stuck or lost in transit, with tracking showing no updates for a minimum of 30 days (based on the latest update’s date).
- Delays in delivery are not covered by our refund policy. This includes delays caused by weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control. Processing and delivery times are estimates based on the majority of orders and do not constitute a binding commitment from ThaiTeas LTD.
